Dispatch times
Your goodies are lovingly hand packed, checked and dispatched within 24 hours (Monday - Friday) of receiving your payment. For HK orders: If we recieve your order by 4.00pm (Monday - Friday) you should receive your package on the following day.We cannot assume responsibility for lost or damaged packages in the post. If your parcel has been delayed we will try our best to help by providing tracking numbers and/or confirmation of dispatch dates.We will not reship or refund a lost or damaged package.It is your responsibility to file a claim with the post office.

- Delivery for USA orders normally takes 7-14 business days.
- Delivery for Rest of the World orders normally takes 12-20 business days.
Please allow 5-10days delay.
We cannot assume responsibility for lost or damaged packages in the post. If your parcel has been delayed we will try our best to help by providing tracking numbers and/or confirmation of dispatch dates.
*Please Note: China Post Office* 1st Class do not accept requests to have packages left with neighbours etc.
Returns Policy
We want you to be really happy with your purchase, if for any reason you are not satisfied with our products simply return them within 7 days of receipt for an exchange or a full refund (minus the delivery charge).
To qualify for a refund the goods MUST be unopened and/or unused, and in resaleable condition, once inspected by us we will refund the amount to the original card details within 28 days. If you have paid by Debit/Credit there will be a refund charge to cover the banking charges incurred by us .
If you find any of your goods are damaged or the wrong product was provided to you as a result of our error, return the unopened and/or unused goods and according to your instructions we will either exchange them or reimburse the cost of the items and the delivery charge.
When returning items we recommend you obtain a certificate of posting, as we cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. Please pack items suitably to prevent damage in transit. Please include your name, address, order reference number, reason for the return and the action you would like us to take with all returns.
N.B. Items which are cut lengths i.e. fabric, interfacing etc. cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty or provided in error by us.
Your existing Consumer Statutory rights are not affected by these conditions
